Congressional Democrats Block Release of Evidence Detailing Payments from CCP Affiliates to Members of the Biden Family
Meanwhile the DHS has announced the indictment and arrest of current and former DHS agents being paid by CCP Affiliates to silence, harass, discredit and spy on Americans critical of China.
Ten years ago the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began witnessing how effortlessly government institutions like the IRS were weaponized to silence the president’s political enemies. For example, the CCP watched how a single individual at the IRS was able to initiate dozens of investigations into tea party-affiliated nonprofits effectively shutting them down.1 As a result, the CCP has been actively recruiting federal employees and politicians2 willing to use the government’s power to silence, harass, discredit and spy on Americans critical of their regime. The scale of the CCP’s penetration is only beginning to come to light but it involves government employees spread throughout the DHS, FBI, and IRS.
Fortunately, one only needs to follow the money flowing from the CCP to American bank accounts to find the culprits. The problem is that the culprits are often protected by those in power. For example, after an audio tape of the president discussing Hunter’s business dealings with the Chinese leaked the White House refused to comment despite the president’s prior claims he knew nothing about his son’s business.3
As if on cue Treasury Secretary Yellen let slip the fact that her department had more than 150 suspicious activity reports (SARs) related to payments made by CCP-affiliated companies and multiple members of the president’s family. When the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee requested copies of the SARs he was informed that the White House had changed the rules. Before Yellen could turn over any document to the committee she would need authorization from House Democrats.4 Not surprisingly, Congressional Democrats, (including Rep. Suozzi)5 are blocking the release of reams of suspicious activity reports (SARs) concerning members of the Biden family currently in the hands of the Secretary and her staff.6 While Yellen’s loyalty to President Biden is admirable her refusal is giving cover to Chinese spies.
Fortunately, there are a handful of brave Democratic appointees who are putting country ahead of party to stop the CCPs efforts to undermine our nation’s institutions - Department of Justice prosecutors Alexander Solomon, Emily Dean, Scott Claffee, Christopher Grigg, and Kimberly Svendsen.7 These five prosecutors announced indictments and arrests of several defendants8 with close ties to powerful Democrats including:
Quaing Sun (MSS) - Handler (Apparently warned to leave the country moments before his arrest warrant was signed).
Shujum Wang (MSS) - Responsible for IDing individuals calling for action on Uyghur, Tibet, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Fan Liu (MSS) - Bribed individual(s) to access IRS data to facilitate extortion of other targets along with dissidents and activists.
Matthew Ziburis (Former LEO) - Recruited by Lan Liu to install GPS tracking devices, wiretaps, and video surveillance of MSS targets.
Qiming Lin (MSS) - Hired detectives to investigate a Democratic congressional candidate and if adequate dirt could not be found they were to beat him “until he cannot run for election.”9
Craig Miller (Current DHS Officer - 15 years on the job) - Acting as a Chinese MSS agent, accessed DHS databases and computer systems to facilitate the targeting of Americans.10
Derrick Taylor (Former DHS Officer, Current PI) - Acting as a Chinese MSS agent, used his contacts to access FBI databases and computer systems to facilitate the targeting of Americans.11
The indictment explains their crimes as follows:
“As alleged, this case involves a multifaceted campaign to silence, harass, discredit and spy on U.S. residents for exercising their freedom of speech – aided by a current federal law enforcement officer and a private investigator who provided confidential information about U.S. residents from a restricted law enforcement database, and when confronted about their improper conduct, lied and destroyed evidence. This Office will always work closely with our law enforcement partners to root out corrupt officials in all levels of government and will prosecute those who act on behalf of a hostile foreign state to target the free speech of U.S. residents on American soil.”
It is time for Attorney General Garland to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the sale of President Biden’s influence to the Chinese (and others) by members of his family. It is simply too much to ask to have members of Biden’s own party attempt to investigate the sitting president - this is no longer just a matter of public corruption - it is a matter of national security. We have no idea how many government employees have been compromised by the CCP - we need to stop screwing around and start safeguarding our nation from our greatest enemy - China.
NOTE: The charges in the indictment are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. If convicted of the charges the defendants face between 20-30 years in prison.
