A concise summary of the strategic downfall of our nation through a well-funded scheme—underming the institutions that once made us great, creating an upside-down society by design.

Americans understand that men have no business competing against women in sports, yet Soros funded the LBGTQ+ Title IX reforms movement during the Biden administration, and President Trump has fought against it. https://capitalresearch.org/article/george-soros-and-teachers-unions-behind-bidens-radical-title-ix-changes/. While watching the Olympics, I am reminded that 21 states still do not ban transgender athletes from competing against the gender they choose to identify with. There is a male competing in the women’s moguls. The media is swooning over this first for the Winter Olympics. JD Vance was heckled earlier during the opening ceremonies. I wish I was in Cortina to boo the stupidity of the Olympic committee allowing Soros’ destabilization of honest competition in the Olympics.

I cannot write with the eloquence that you did describing what George Soros is and has done in our country but I’ll do the best I can to be understood. That man and his son have had me worried for a very long time. I think our eyes were opened by the first term of Donald J Trump. The democrats think all they have to do is to take out Trump and MAGA will fade away. They are so very wrong. Our eyes and ears are completely open and watching for the next trap that people who wish to transform our nation have in store for us. I believe that the Republican Party has been transformed enough into the America First that Trump always ran on. The first Trump term gave a hard earned lesson on the swamp and all the traps laid out to fall in. Trump has made stars out of key figures in his administration that will be there to carry make America great forward. I believe that they are investigating all the money behind the scenes and prosecute the conspiracy behind it. How many politicians are involved along with the dark money is what I’m going to be looking for. It’s no secret that Soros turned over the screw up America agenda to his slimy little boy and everyone should keep their eyes on them. In the meantime Republicans need to get out the vote in the November midterms so the Democrat socialists don’t get what they expect and take back seats in Congress. If they do the fraud in all of these blue cities and states will get swept under the rug and they will continue to get rich from our taxpayer money!

Nice article!

This also highlights why political contributions should be banned. You have hundreds of people on both sides, like Soros, who use proxies to carry the water for them.

Amuse, this is probably one of the most important articles you have written. Everyone knew how despotic Soros was since his appearance on 60 Minutes, yet his influence has flourished since then.

My call is that his son is even worse, but maybe not as smart/cunning.

Muse nails the core truth many sense but struggle to articulate: this isn’t about one billionaire’s views—it’s about the capture of enforcement, narratives, and institutional discretion. When law becomes optional and dissent becomes forbidden, democracy turns performative. What’s most dangerous isn’t any single policy outcome, but the replacement of transparent consent with philanthropic engineering. That machine doesn’t argue; it disqualifies. And it doesn’t lose; it persists. The response isn’t hysteria or caricature—it’s exposure, donor transparency, and reclaiming local accountability. A republic cannot survive indefinitely when systems are rigged to weaken order while calling it justice.

"Since 2016, George Soros’s Open Society Foundations (OSF), now run with his son Alexander, has poured over $80 million into groups tied to terrorism or extremist violence. The evidence is stark: Open Society has sent millions of dollars into U.S.-based organizations that engage in “direct actions” that the FBI defines as domestic terrorism. These groups include the Center for Third World Organizing and its militant partner Ruckus Society, which trained activists in property destruction and sabotage during the 2020 riots, and the Sunrise Movement, which endorsed the Antifa-linked Stop Cop City campaign, in which activists currently face over 40 domestic terrorism charges and 60 racketeering indictments. At the same time, Open Society awarded $18 million to the Movement for Black Lives, a group that co-authored a radical guide that glorifies Hamas’s October 7 massacre and instructs activists in the use of false IDs, blockades, and economic disruption."

I suspect that Soros-affiliated organizations are at risk from RICO and criminal-conspiracy prosecutions associated with rioting and violent protests.

The Federal RICO Statute (18 U.S.C. §1961-1967 [1]) requires, for prosecution under the statute, two predicate offenses committed by “any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity;”.

RICO predicate offenses include:

Obstruction of justice (including 18 U.S.C. § 1510, 1511, 1512, 1513) [2] and terrorism-related offenses including arson (including 18 U.S.C. § 2332b) [3]

Good information; thanks. As I said in my response to Burnt taco, the problem is going to be tying the foot-soldier criminal predicates up through the layer upon layer of multiple entities, all with quasi-legitimate charters and claims. But it CAN be done.

ThurstonBT's avatar

@L. E. Joiner: I suspect that: 1) computer and cell phone records are going to make establishing the existence of an organization(s) engaged in RICO easier than prosecuting the mafia and; 2) many indicted "foot-soldier[s]" will be easy to persuade to cooperate.

I don't observe much discussion of the use of RICO and conspiracy statutes (e.g 18 U.S.C. §§ 115,371) to prosecute ICE-obstructors and Antifa members; I'm not clear as to why this is the case; I hope that I'm not misunderstanding the applicable laws.

Really outstanding article, thank you! You put a spotlight on Soros, his empire, how it operates, and why it is so dangerous that is long, long over due.

Great write-up and description of the man behind the curtain.

I believe in the transparency you advocate as well as the elimination of the tax write-off for all nonprofits.

It’s unclear to me how we can’t find away to RICO his ass

RICO I assume is designed to charge organizations or conspiracies involved in criminal activity. The Soros networks of entities like NGOs and Foundations would seem to be carefully disguised as serving 'positive' goals and values, and indeed recruit willing participants in the belief they are doing good things for society–while in fact they are serving an insidious Revolution. Now if they could be tied to identifiably criminal behavior, there might be some grounds for RICO investigation and prosecution.

Also, the Soros networks seem to be aligned and connected with many 'legitimate' organizations, all left-wing of course, like Rockefeller, Ford, Macarthur, Tides, etc., etc. The late David Horowitz's Freedom Center has a site called 'Discover the Networks', which has done a lot to reveal all of those interconnections: https://www.discoverthenetworks.org

Now the foot-soldiers at the end of all these tentacles ARE often engaged in criminal activity, e.g. the 'Out-Ice' activists blocking roadways and attacking law enforcement. The trick will be to link such malfeasance to higher and higher reaches in the worlds of instigation and FUNDING. Secretary Bessent at Treasury has said his people are looking into this (T-men?), but this will clearly be just a beginning, if it's happening at all.

Alex, BRAVO. I have known for decades about the demonic Soros entities. But your writings says it all-encompassing. FK SOROS.

I believe this is the most in-depth and eloquent deposition of the whole system and how its weaknesses are utilized by Soros and others to manipulate the future bypassing the voters and administrations federal and otherwise. The great take on this is the its so descriptive that the weak points are labeled and as such we can do something about the problem. Theres a lit of fixing to do. But there are many starting places. Speciial interests have ruined the country. We need to take it back. 🇺🇸

This is the best summary of what's happening in the US I've seen yet.

The only question is: what do Soros and son gain from the destruction of the west? What is their motivation?

Maureen's avatar

Alex answer this question in the essay. To wit - "At some point, the word “evil” becomes appropriate. Not because one believes in melodrama, but because one believes in moral realism. Evil, in political life, is not only a matter of wicked intentions. It is also a matter of systematic harm carried out with deliberation, under cover of virtue, and in a way that corrodes the possibility of self government."
