I'm divided on whether the dad was weak or just trying to get the old bag out of his face. The hands up thing was a little weird, but he was startled by the screaming mimi in his face. He should have said it's my son's birthday and I was catching it for him, though it probably wouldn't have mattered to old stupid.

The 'Karen' pulls this crap because it works. She threw a fit and was rewarded, and it didn't bother her to snatch a ball from a child. Thank God those of us watching don't have to deal with her in our daily lives. She is the reason the words 'Karen' and c**t were invented.

Not actually true. I suspect she's been seen enough online that she'll definitely get some pushback wherever she is. Like all Karens, she'll whine and cry that she's being picked on, while coming out swinging. https://x.com/i/grok/share/2fuK1LWVRPBq2ylrmyMPvqpLr

This article could have been much shorter: "The woman (karen) is a shrew, the father is a pussy, and the son will probably hate women for the rest of his life."

I loved this essay. Thank you for it. I was unsure from watching the video whether the woman was leaning over the seat in front of her towards the ball - now I can see that is the case. She had not "captured" it and I"m so glad to learn there is actually such a thing as the law of capture.

So name and shame the "Karen" trying to obtain the ball by force of verbal argument.

Thank you for an entertaining (and legal) explanation while we watched a "Karen" go through her antics. It was disheartening to see the father collapese so quickly and to see the look on his son's face as he gave the ball to her.

I differ. The father was not acting out of "kindness," he was acting out of weakness, as demonstrateed when he stepped back and pulled his hands up as to defend himself. It was a pathetic example for his son.

(If I ever need a lawyer, I'm going to track you down.)

If he had hit the woman, he would have been arrested and she would have been a martyr, victim, she wanted that. Besides she was fired..... 🤣

Why would he have hit her? He was afraid of her. Glad to see she got what was coming. Evil woman and guarantee she’s a Democrat.

I think I might have done the same thing faced with a very disturbed woman. I would want her gone. Indeed I understand my property right but the woman might become even nastier

So what? Sit down and ignore her.

Absolutely correct, Susan!! What a wimp! I can just imagine their home life with his wife (if he could keep one).

Maybe this sad example will convince his son to grow into a real man.

The boy saw what happened. Indeed to surrender to bully might not be macho but perhaps the wise thing to do at the time. The dad wanted away from that fruitcake woman. In the grand scheme of life the hassle isn’t worth it. Dealing with unstable people can be unpredictable.

Son understands the effort to retrieve the ball.
