Perhaps a better solution would be to take her highness into custody, escort her to the ICE facility and put her in charge of security. Put her on the frontline, gun in hand.

As a Libertarian, I am almost always on the side of States rights versus Imperial overreach, but this ultimately boils down to the most basic issue of sovereignty over borders and immigration where the President should take the lead enforcing existing law.
