This is all so very insightful @amuse. I respect your protecting your identity, but I am curious. Your analysis carries with it what appears to be substantial legal expertise. Is that your background, or is it journalistic? Or both? Thank you again. I love being a paid subscriber for the depth of these articles.

You obviously know how to solve the corrupt judge problem. I, like millions of others, wish something had been done about these problems long ago. The lack of action by our elected "leaders", just shows how feckless and unproductive they are. The leftist judges know that in Trump's situation, "to delay is to deny" (per Bannon), and it works. Delaying the actions of these judges through impeachment would also work.

Solid argument that we can wish Congress would act. I can think of a few names of abusive judges that ought to be charged. Short work for staffers to collect evidence. That alone might give some judges pause. But for the few clearly partisan judges press on. It’s way past time to bring accountability to justice.

I agree that impeachment should happen. After reading your post describing the steps required, time and money consumed, and the reality of votes required to execute, it is obvious that it is clearly impossible to successfully execute given the absolute polarization of our political climate. You're describing the concquering of Kilmanjiro when we can't cross the street without fearing for our lives DC without bringing in the Army.
