Removal of two members and nomination of three new members
Equal Pay - Agreement on the division of revenue from co-hosted live streams.
Minimum payout = $15/hour regardless of revenue generated paid within 72 hours of stream.
Three or Fewer Hosts Split = 50% for stream owner remaining 50% divided among the co-hosts (less $15/hour minimum wage previously paid).
Four or More Hosts Split = 40% for stream owner remaining 60% divided among co-hosts (less $15/hour minimum wage previously paid).
Inclusion - Agreement on the inclusion of co-hosts from underrepresented communities.
50% of co-hosted livestreams in any 30-day period should include at least one underrepresented co-host as defined below.
Underrepresented communities are defined as including persons who self-identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, Asian, Pacific Islander, Native American, Native Hawaiian, Alaska Native, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender.
If a host fails to meet this inclusion goal they agree to pay 5% of their earnings to a group like the Southern Poverty Law Center or ACLU.
