CNN is still on air too.

One man is being presented as a conservative in order to continue to pretend very fake news is not fake.

How many note Bash's former wife after being divorced, remarried, had a kid, then another divorce retains the name Bash of her former first marriage even though a childless marriage?

Legal and moral are not synonymous. Your analysis regarding legislation is accurate and astute. Except Congress is AWOL and has been for years. Worse the Secitious 6 call for disregard of the civilian Commander-in-Chief by military personnel suggests Congress itself is heavily infiltrated by spooks. And that's what spies do - they lie.

Alarmingly, I have placed this article in my WASF* File, alongside your 'From Smartmatic to Tren de Aragua ...' piece.

If the President needs a classified newspaper providing surveillance on other countries, fine, but long overdue to dismantle and permanently shutter the operational/ color revolution divisions of the CIA.

Exceptional legal analysis. The distinction between narrative laundering and formal covert action is something I hadn't seen articulated this clearly. What's clever here is showing how the letter exploited the gap between institutional formalism and practical effect, staying technically legal while achieving a political outcome. I've seen similar dynamics in regulatory compliance where technically meeting the letter of the law while subverting its intent is basically an art form. The call for Congress to regulate coordination rahter than just formal operations feels right.

They knowingly and willfully lied to the American people to swing an election. That may be okay with people like you, but it’s unforgivable for people who value integrity.

Expecting Congress to address this issue is a lost cause. Congress only cares about optics for themselves or for re-election. The 51 signees may have not broken a law, but they definitely committed election interference, along with Barr & his cronies who sat on the laptop doing nothing.

I absolutely despise these SOB’s. I never trusted our government or agencies since I was a young teenager. All these corrupt thugs have done is prove to me I was right not to. I will never believe anything our unintelligent agencies say. What an absolute clown show.

Congress…again. πŸ™„. Feckless eunuchs. Your legal analyses always impress me. However, I would have described these depredations as β€œnot illegal” or maybe β€œnot sanctionable” rather than β€œlegal.” If Trump were Putin faced with the harsh realities of inadequate jurisprudence, there would be brisk traffic at hotel windows and apartment rooftops, and who could argue that justice was not served?

Good report but the razor thin margins were because of the other nefarious activities that occurred in the 2020 stolen election. Although it is definitely disturbing what these 51 spies that lied did against the U.S.A, and that they will escape accountability.

β€œ It is therefore time for Congress to act. ”

I’m STILL not going to hold my breath, waiting for Congress to β€œact”.

What I wouldn't give for a real and responsible Congress!

Isn't that the truth! Congress seems to be the place where criminals, corruptocrats and downright evil people seem to congregate to enrich themselves at the expense of the country.

Where there are no consequences the worst of us will flock to the safe space to ply their criminal activities.

The 2020 election proved we have no recourse by voting and we can only expect the plunder to grow until we self destruct.

I don't see ANY changes in the future.

Deb Nance's avatar

I do. They will all be rounded up when the entire criminal syndicate is taken down at once. Trump will be safe aboard Air Force One. Clean and swift. I've followed Q from the very beginning and it's always been right...like Trump.

Good writeup. I would add a recent example of public figures with nefarious motives escaping justice might be the Seditious Six imbroglio. I think it could be argued that what they did in telling military members not to follow illegal orders would not be illegal in itself. I think they knew how close to the line they could go without crossing over into indictments. On this, they'll probably skate. Of course, this move by them was just step one. The next step we see is the media calling all military actions illegal. Worst. People. Ever.

A very good analysis Amuse. When a liar is caught they tend to prevaricate and pass it on to others. Being A tool of government they can’t lie and in doing so they have destroyed the means of future of using their intelligence. The boy who cried wolf. I think that this organisation must be removed and never rise again. There are other branches of government that can take on the mantle.

The real travesty was not the actual letter, it was the headlines that distorted the content, it was VP Biden lying in Presidential debate using the headlines as proof. It was the FBI sitting on the laptop and contents. The sad thing is watching elected Democrats and MSM continuing to mime the distorted story lines pumped out by comms of DNC.
