“ It is therefore time for Congress to act. ”

I’m STILL not going to hold my breath, waiting for Congress to “act”.

What I wouldn't give for a real and responsible Congress!

Isn't that the truth! Congress seems to be the place where criminals, corruptocrats and downright evil people seem to congregate to enrich themselves at the expense of the country.

Where there are no consequences the worst of us will flock to the safe space to ply their criminal activities.

The 2020 election proved we have no recourse by voting and we can only expect the plunder to grow until we self destruct.

I don't see ANY changes in the future.

I do. They will all be rounded up when the entire criminal syndicate is taken down at once. Trump will be safe aboard Air Force One. Clean and swift. I've followed Q from the very beginning and it's always been right...like Trump.

Good writeup. I would add a recent example of public figures with nefarious motives escaping justice might be the Seditious Six imbroglio. I think it could be argued that what they did in telling military members not to follow illegal orders would not be illegal in itself. I think they knew how close to the line they could go without crossing over into indictments. On this, they'll probably skate. Of course, this move by them was just step one. The next step we see is the media calling all military actions illegal. Worst. People. Ever.

A very good analysis Amuse. When a liar is caught they tend to prevaricate and pass it on to others. Being A tool of government they can’t lie and in doing so they have destroyed the means of future of using their intelligence. The boy who cried wolf. I think that this organisation must be removed and never rise again. There are other branches of government that can take on the mantle.

The real travesty was not the actual letter, it was the headlines that distorted the content, it was VP Biden lying in Presidential debate using the headlines as proof. It was the FBI sitting on the laptop and contents. The sad thing is watching elected Democrats and MSM continuing to mime the distorted story lines pumped out by comms of DNC.

How what the 51 Liars did any different than what the MSM have been doing for years, to wit, getting daily phrases and talking points that are parroted almos word-for-word ad nauseum throughout the day? Lying, or even shading the truth, has been a part of our politics since the Founding. Trying to stop it risks serious unforeseen consequences. At some point one has to hope that enough votrrs will see such efforts for what they are and vote sccordingly.

While it is true that the comments were per se not illegal, the "letter" of the 51 constitutes an Overt Act in furtherance of a conspiracy to deny Donald Trump his civil rights, Sec. 241, 242, Title 18, US Crim Code. That is what the US grand jury in the SD of Florida is pursuing.

Every time I'm reminded of this activity, my blood boils. I remember the smug faces of Brennan, Clapper, Polymeropolous, and the rest as they patted themselves on the back for being so clever.

Clever, yes. Moral, obviously not. They squandered whatever moral and institutional authority they had, and tainted the institutions they claimed to represent. And at the same time, our medical elites were doing the same.

Add in the failure of our political elites through examples like the wide-open border and rampant inflation, and we were left with very little institutional competence anywhere. It may take a generation to undo all the damage that was done to our institutions, and these 51 assholes played a big part

Take your prosecution analysis out of " spy mode ". Did the 51 even read or have access to the computer in order to make an informed decision? Under criminal law do ya think that they " conspired " in an action " intended " to affect the election process. Gosh, maybe sedition? Conspiracy? RICCO? Sorry, but I read your analysis as another lame excuse to back off what is sorely needed - accountability to the rule of law.

Reinstate the moral terpitude clause back into the ucmj and implement and enforce it on the federal government. Creating a hostile work enviroment to any and all corruption in both military and Government.
