As a common man, it frustrates me that Ms. Peters is still in prison. As for the legal end of things, was the 'i' dotted correctly or some other ambiguous what does 'is' mean, what Ms. Peters did was prove to the world that our elections are controlled. For this she must be set as an example for the rest of her life. "they" could have easily ended her life, but no, "they" wanted a living example of what happens when you go against "them". With bonus points for showing the world that the President of the United states can be ignored.
Is this a factor in the recent dismissal of Attorney General? Withhold all funds from Washington, DC to Colorado until the Presidential pardon is honored.
While they're at it, I'd like to know if Biden's pardons for potential future crimes and for people not convicted or charged with any crime, if those pardons were constitutional. Same for ones that appear to not have followed internal procedures and clearly weren't even signed by him.

Tina Peters trial was televised and I watched every minute of it. It was almost unbearable to watch the prosecutor and judge trample all over Tina and her defense counsel’s rights. The whole thing was a major setup by the judge, Gina Griswald and their cronies from Dominion election officials. The state election regulations were changed AFTER the election and used to make claims of violation against Tina.
Colorado should be sued for Unlawful Confinement (is there such a thing?). The sentence Tina Peters received is an affront to decency, not to mention constitutionality unsound.
The lengths, depths and breadths the Democrats have gone to, to create an absolute firewall around even so much as questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election, by anyone, anywhere or at any time, should prove beyond all doubt that there’s definitely a “there” there.

Sorry I don’t believe that. I believe I’ve heard the military shut down a server they were using to cheat with. They’ve now had more time to put in place other ways to cheat. We need machines removed and huge arrests to deter any further cheating otherwise it will proceed
