Tina Peters trial was televised and I watched every minute of it. It was almost unbearable to watch the prosecutor and judge trample all over Tina and her defense counsel’s rights. The whole thing was a major setup by the judge, Gina Griswald and their cronies from Dominion election officials. The state election regulations were changed AFTER the election and used to make claims of violation against Tina.
Colorado should be sued for Unlawful Confinement (is there such a thing?). The sentence Tina Peters received is an affront to decency, not to mention constitutionality unsound.
The lengths, depths and breadths the Democrats have gone to, to create an absolute firewall around even so much as questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election, by anyone, anywhere or at any time, should prove beyond all doubt that there’s definitely a “there” there.
