The Rise & Fall of Nina Jankowicz and The Disinformation Governance Board Through Memes
The White House says the Disinformation Governance Board will be back under new management but fortunately they won't be able to stop the memes (at least not yet).
Almost immediately after Alejandro Mayorkas, the Secretary of Homeland Security announced the creation of the Disinformation Governance Board and its minister of truth Nina Jankowicz Orwellian connections were made by pundits and artists. Just three weeks later Nina resigned in disgrace and the administration announced the board would be paused as a result of disinformation being spread about the board.
We were shocked by Mayorkas’ announcement and set about creating a collection of posters/t-shirts we designed to highlight the Orwellian shadow department, housed within his national security agency.
