I posted my evaluation of Floyd's arrest and concluded that Chauvin was not kneeling on Floyd's neck. While it looked ugly, I posited that it was likely Floyd would be found to have died due to an overdose and not from any force the officers responded with during the arrest. A good friend, a lawyer and fellow police procedure expert witness, called me, suggesting I delete my post. He said, "This is going to be ugly and you don't want this heat." Even though I'd posted about other controversial force incidents, this was the first time he'd cautioned me. It took a few days, but I finally accepted his warning and deleted my post. Then the autopsy came out and showed no damage or asphyxiation...but an overdose. Chauvin and the other officers were convicted solely due to the overwhelming threat the jury personally felt and the general knowledge that their communities would burn if they came to any other conclusion but guilty. No honest prosecutor would have brought murder charges given the evidence. The sudden Floyd protests were not organic but signified massively expensive coordination worldwide. The tragedy of the Nowak murder should be resounding throughout the British isles, amplified by the political elite's callous importation of third-world masses leading to such a situation as the population finds itself today.
Fortunately, we have the 2nd amendment and a large portion of the populous willing to exercise that right. There is some chance that this young man may have been saved if it had happened in the U.S. by someone exercising that 2nd amendment right. If we let that 2nd amendment right be eroded, all is lost.
