"Imagine a sitting Senator and former military officer receives an alarming classified briefing that shows the country is approaching the bottom of a critical munition stockpile."
"Now imagine the Senator walks onto a Sunday morning broadcast and tells the world that we are nearly out of ammunition."
"...the Senator volunteered specific operational details he had received in a classified Pentagon briefing about US munition stockpiles. He told a national television audience..."
Welp, if this "classified information" is a trap to bust the leakers and actual anti-American conspirators, he is going to be coming out of this situation looking like a badly gone wrong omelet. wearing orange.
Remember, to date, not ONE leak has occurred from the Trump administration, until now.
Above all Kelly’s is a demorats and he hates Trump enough to give up information or disinformation to destroy Trump. Oh yeah, he would be glad to rule over the ashes of America.🇺🇸
I hope Hegseth can conduct a military tribunal and remove Kelly’s rank and benefits. He may have earned it at one time, but he has vindictively decided not to honor his oath. Kelly is playing politics with classified information because Dems are desperate to regain power at any cost, even at our nation’s expense.
I agree with your analysis and conclusion. That said, let’s place ourself in the role of the IRGC command as well as Russia and China. It’s well known that the war is depleting our missile stock faster than replacement. Much faster. Logic tells us that we cannot draw down our reserve to zero lest they be needed elsewhere. It also incentives Russia and China to increase their support of the IRGC.These facts alone provide the IRGC with sufficient incentive to continue stalling. Every delay works in their favor.
Our strategic pressure on Iran comes not from opening the Straits, but from blockading Iran’s oil exports. The repercussions from cutting off revenue and the damage done by shutting down oil production facilities are direct and immediate. But the question remains, does the IRGC care about the severe consequences to civilian Iranians? The answer is almost certainly no. Their recent killing of perhaps 40,000 civilian protestors brutally removed those most likely to foment a revolution making clear the consequences of open protest.
So, Senator Kelly’s revelations, as abhorrent as they were for the reason you so well articulated, probably make zero difference to the IRGC’s decisions in their pursuit on dragging out this conflict. Time is their most important ally.
The confidential info that Hegseth himself explained in a congressional hearing????
Buddy have you EVER written anything that isn’t complete mental retardation?
I mean GODDAMN you’ve been at this for ten years and you are still on the Z-list. You had kind of a Carpe Donktum moment and then everyone forgot about you. And you’re finally getting everything you ever insisted we as a country absolutely needed with the election of trump and all his near impunity to control the country and what’s the result?
Well Done! Kelly truly is our 21st Century Benedict Arnold. Kelly's "accomplishments" do not shield him from the consequences of his actions. He has been hiding behind these for too long.
Kelly is right up there with Comey, convinced that a higher calling demands that they bend or break rules. Same with Brennan, Clapper, Fauci, and so many others. We need accountability, we need to see these people experience consequences for their misdeeds.
Recall this man to active duty. Arrest his ass and court marshal him.
If he were a Republican Senator he would already be stripped of committees

Huh.
Weird.
It's almost like it was planned.

I read in other reports, at least a week ago, that the US is running low. I do not like Kelly a bit and agree, overall, that he is a snake.
Will he able to defend himself by claiming he was merely repeating something already in the press when he spoke on TV Sunday?
Trump is not handing any information to Kelly that he doesn't want in the hands of the enemy.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
