I am of the opinion that most Democrats are either demon possessed or so influenced by them that they have lost the ability to be decent, use reason, and believe they exist to harm anyone who does not agree with them. Otherwise, how is it that they have so many different methods in their toolkits to thwart all that is true, right and good that could not possibly be thought up by even the most learned persons on earth?

Yet another reason why I am praying and fasting for our government and leaders during the Lenten season. 🙏🏾

The true scandal isn’t citizen jurors—it’s a DOJ that allowed itself to become politicized enough that verdicts now resemble partisan skirmishes. When prosecutions look selective, trust erodes. Once trust erodes, adversaries exploit it. Beijing doesn’t need to hack a ballot if it can amplify institutional distrust and fund ecosystem narratives that paralyze enforcement. A fractured jury system becomes strategic terrain. If federal law enforcement appears weaponized at home, China’s information apparatus will magnify every acquittal as proof of systemic collapse. The answer isn’t suppressing juries—it’s restoring prosecutorial credibility. Neutral justice is national security. Without it, foreign actors fill the vacuum.

The true scandal is belief that man without God can do anything good.

I spent most of my life in front of the jury box. I once succeeded in getting a client, not to mention his codefendants, acquitted by a closing argument that began “Nobody should go to prison based on testimony from witnesses like these.” It was clever…and in that case it was also true. These jury nullification workshops are just another perversion in a growing list of cracks in our legal system that are causing it to crumble before our eyes. Defense lawyers will love them and (real) prosecutors will hate them. Next step…the return of the lynch mob.

This is a big problem. It’s bad enough judges themselves are twisting and torturing the law to come to their preferred judgment but adding jurors to the mix poisons the entire institution, the actual third branch of our government itself. We are, in that respect, experiencing a Constitutional crisis, where actual law no longer matters, just the political whims of judges and juries themselves.

Just what can be done to remedy this cancer before it devours the Republic is something that needs to urgently be addressed.

Without the rule of law, the very framework holding our Republic together, the whole structure will collapse.

What a great description of civilizational breakdown. If juries can't be trusted, we're close to the end.
