n the landscape of contemporary film, Citizen Vigilante arrives less as entertainment than as a cultural artifact that captures a fracture already visible in official records across Europe.
The movie, in the strictly technical sense, was not so great.
But the message was pretty obvious.
The Vigilante himself was not a very sympathetic character, though, I imagine by design? That was good.
There have been some really great vigilante movies done by others in the past. The first “Death Wish”, with Charles Bronson was one and the first “Taken” with Liam Neeson also.
This one doesn’t compare with those except for the point it tries to make.
Not a fan of real life vigilantes for obvious reasons, however, especially as they can also come in most undesirable characters such as a Luigi Mangione or the guy who wanted to kill Justice Kavanaugh.
It appears that Europe is lost forever, especially the Scandinavian countries. I have hope for Ireland where men are still men and the Catholics and Protestants have joined against the common enemy of Islam.
In northern island the protesters were smart on their opsec, a legacy of the troubles. Everywhere else the power of the state so far has been successful in containing the anger.

I can't for the life of me understand why anyone lives in Britain. The City of London, King Chuck and Andrew the Pedo, communist censorship, corrupt law enforcement, no guns to defend yourself and if you even look at a criminal sideways you're the one that gets thrown in jail. It's a small country. Go to Scotland or some other country that's not completely insane.

I've spent my entire 7 decades as a descendent (lineage from 1600's Devonshire immigrants, etc) thinking the English monarchs were so fine and proper and lovely. They PRESIDE over a rotten-to-the-core system of elites' exploitation in their conquering games. Please do investigate. Since true history has been vastly expunged, start with Promethean. We DO still have freedom, so, more investigative sources are seeing daylight and getting heard.
I began watching the film on X and it QUICKLY became pornographic and disgusting. No matter the message or intent, it SHOULD NOT BE REFERENCED OR PROMOTED.
This historic moment of REVELATION of these suspected (actually KNOWN) horrors of trafficking (rapes, coercions, unspeakable evils) should open the eyes of every sane, freedom-desiring person.
I am SO GRATEFUL for the Lowe report. - it's a start, a STEP. I didn't know it went back so far!!! & it's likely GLOBAL (calling out YOU, off-shore money launderers!)
Now - on this movie clip. I can't do violent movies; too many nights lying sleepless replaying visuals. One ASSUMES that the 'good guy' wins in these movies. Real life isn't so clear cut. I'm NEVER eager for WAR or vigilante-ism. The population better DEMAND NON-CORRUPT officials. Alas, Brit's lack free speech that we have HAD since these last 250 yrs, that they never had like ours (thus, our revolution!?). America better purge any platitudinous niceties that permit THESE ATROCITIES - INCLUDING the mass influx of non-compatible cultures. That 'empathy' is NOT NICE!!!

Scotland is just as bad, so is Ireland. Frankly, nowhere in the British Isles is there a friendly environment for the native populations.

As a cultural artifact that movie is worth a see.
The movie could have been much better.
The lack of opsec by the hero, a psychopath, was strange. Was the car crash scene really needed? The landlord stuff was spot on.
