This is the inevitable result of woke law schools. There's a whole generation of badly-trained lawyers now rising to the bench, and an even worse trained generation behind them. This will take decades to remedy.

Interesting that the movers and shakers at major corporations accepted being forced to spend outrageous sums to push DEI initiatives, but when one judge in one case messed with CEO pay, it triggered this major movement.
These types are always trying to prove how strong they are and flaunt their power. I am willing to forgo my vote and would like to revoke the 19th Amendment. Women like this one will be the ruination of our country.
Delawares corporate appeal also has much to do with its generous tax advantages, not just its corporate friendly chancery and government. It also has not been without its share of grift, money laundering and political power plays as well.

This case study is only a microcosm of what Biden did to the international rules and understandings by seizing the Treasury assets of Russia over the Ukrainian “invasion”. In doing so, he stupidly tore down the central pillar of the dollars reserve currency status and single handedly created the impetus for BRICS. Never mind that the war was largely due to the intentional policies of NATO, leading up to that moment. The philosophy’s driving these ignorant at best decisions, are not restricted to AWFUL women, but permeate the warped thought process of what passes now as the Democratic Party. Standing back and looking at it as a whole, it becomes reasonable to believe that their underlying and unwritten platform is actually the destruction of the destruction of the country through judicial, educational and administrative means.
