It’s a good read but I kept reading to find an answer to, “How much is this exodus costing Delaware?”

Another DEI judge.

Did she get the mark to get into uni or was she allowed in on a lower entry mark?

Did she pass on her work and exams or because she is a wok woman?

Did she get a job based on ability or as DEI?

Why was she selected as a judge, based on ability or DEI?

How many of her other rulings are also wrong?

In Australia we had a woman judge selected on all the above listed DEI because of her race and gender. Her record was about 78 % of her rulings were overturned on appeal. She cost individuals and companies and taxpayers hundreds of millions in court costs and delayed and disputed rulings.

"Shareholders, the actual owners of the company, had reviewed a compensation plan, weighed its risks, and approved it"

Musk owns 13% of the company by himself, and I suspect with various friends and associates a majority, making his ridiculous compensation a classic fraud on the minority.

This case study is only a microcosm of what Biden did to the international rules and understandings by seizing the Treasury assets of Russia over the Ukrainian “invasion”. In doing so, he stupidly tore down the central pillar of the dollars reserve currency status and single handedly created the impetus for BRICS. Never mind that the war was largely due to the intentional policies of NATO, leading up to that moment. The philosophy’s driving these ignorant at best decisions, are not restricted to AWFUL women, but permeate the warped thought process of what passes now as the Democratic Party. Standing back and looking at it as a whole, it becomes reasonable to believe that their underlying and unwritten platform is actually the destruction of the destruction of the country through judicial, educational and administrative means.

Fascinating subject, but the article was way too long, with significant repetitions. Did you use AI to help you draft it? If so, you need to rein it in.

Question: what is the projected economic effect to DE from DExit?

No Author; the 19th Amendment broke Delaware and everything else she touched.

Wow. I'm not a business person but what a loss to Delaware. I hope that woman resigned in disgrace. Was she a Biden appointment?

I think DJT likes EM because they are so similar, fighters, and smart. California tasted the results of FAFO when Tesla abandoned the state.

I can't help but think that the Biden karma has destroyed Delaware. Moving to Texas may be risky, especially if Sharia becomes the law of the state.

So, you’re using what, at best, could be described as an attempted localized edge case to make broad concern- troll statements about the entirety of Texas. Gotcha.

The fact you would even conjecture that sharia would become “the law of the state” in Texas shows you’re, at best, a histrionic nincompoop, and that you certainly know nothing about Texas politics.

can you say Epic City, Texas?

I probably use this bon mot of mine a little too much but - a nation of lawyers and not one of men.

Interesting subject. Thank you. Although the writing seems very much AI-like.

Democrats are highly ideological and use a moral filter of care exclusively and tend to be the most egocentric in their tendency toward secularism. Add these things up and most should never sit in any legal judgement role... because they are cognitively truncated.

Delawares corporate appeal also has much to do with its generous tax advantages, not just its corporate friendly chancery and government. It also has not been without its share of grift, money laundering and political power plays as well.

But her brazen effort in going after Musk literally pulled the plug on the future of the entire state. Way to go Lady. I’m sure she’s been taken off the guest lists of many of the movers and shakers in that state these days.

DE is one itsy bitsy step away from being brought down by RICO laws! Joe Biden built his empire term by term.
