Delawares corporate appeal also has much to do with its generous tax advantages, not just its corporate friendly chancery and government. It also has not been without its share of grift, money laundering and political power plays as well.

But her brazen effort in going after Musk literally pulled the plug on the future of the entire state. Way to go Lady. I’m sure she’s been taken off the guest lists of many of the movers and shakers in that state these days.

And after all this she is still on the job.

I love it when I can pick up an article by Amuse, knowing nothing at all about the subject matter, and by the end of the article I find that not only have I learned something valuable, but that it was such a pleasure doing so. Thank you, Alex.

Terrific column. I knew that Musk had moved from Delaware, but I wasn't sure why. I now understand with clarity the entire situation. Hoorah for those who fight back!

My husband’s company, not the size of those mentioned but still a good sized national company, refiled as soon as the paperwork could be sone after reading about the Musk debacle.

Interesting that the movers and shakers at major corporations accepted being forced to spend outrageous sums to push DEI initiatives, but when one judge in one case messed with CEO pay, it triggered this major movement.

Amusing at the very least.

Harvard philosophy major. Did you know any philosophy majors in college? I did: utterly useless in any real job.

An AWFL strikes again, leaving devastation in her wake.

This is the inevitable result of woke law schools. There's a whole generation of badly-trained lawyers now rising to the bench, and an even worse trained generation behind them. This will take decades to remedy.

There is no remedy to this bullshit. They will fuck us out of everything our forefathers fought for.

I hate to say it, but of course it was a woman.

These types are always trying to prove how strong they are and flaunt their power. I am willing to forgo my vote and would like to revoke the 19th Amendment. Women like this one will be the ruination of our country.

No price is too much for someone else to pay for their little demonstration of girl power.

Vapid harpies.

Not a coincidence. And not just a woman: Harvard philosophy major.

Almost always these days.

Delaware losing big money because of her shenanigans and will continue to lose more, deservedly so. RIP reputation.
