Hindering a police officer in the performance of their duties.

These laws apply globally

Pretty straightforward to me.

The judge ruled ( not “ said”)

Yes to protesting. Yes to following. Yes to alerting others where ICE is. Yes to video.

And

Must stay a certain distance away ( different distances in different localities)

And

And, may sit or stand in any public place.

And

May NOT physically (Ie put hands on) interfere with the ICE agents’ work.

First amendment.

Impeding ICE is just the excuse du jour for the left to create fear and chaos on which they thrive and use violence to extort concessions and compliance, leading to Americas extinction

Whether it’s “occupy Wall Street” George Floyd, law enforcement actually enforcing law or any incident they can use to inflame the emotions of low intelligence Americans (and now their illegal alien militia), they deploy their media propagandists, antifa, leftist Democrat politicians (Walz,Frey) and their paid army of “social media influencers” to portray their “hero” in Marxist “oppressor/oppressed” terms and shame Americans into emotional reaction and virtue signaling support “ to FEEL inclusive” with what media tells them to think

The process is not happenstance, it is planned, war gamed, tested and executed as any military operation to psyop Americans in their media induced coma and undermine the infrastructure to facilitate Americas collapse and totalitarian rule.

it is the communist playbook that is no longer taught as a cautionary tale in leftist madrassas posing as education institutions, it is taught as the nirvana solution to all humanities ills.

I had hoped Trump would get tough and attack the left as they have attacked us, but once again I am disappointed by political entries with more bluster than balls and a political and judicial system fully infiltrated by leftist “termites” destroying the framework of the republic.

Democrats and fellow traveler republicans have been defrauding federal programs of billions if not trillions of tax payer dollars over the years of the programs existence to fund their own pockets and this covert, now overt war against the republic

Walz gets caught in Minn defrauding America(when chosen as VP millions of defrauded money and Chinese dark money came to Kamala campaign) so they call out the militia to riot and distract, so that comatose Americans will forget being robbed and just ignore their own demise for “normalcy”

They actually are manipulated into supporting those who are protecting criminal politicians and the rioters who are impeding federal law and supporting keeping rapists, pedophiles and murders on American streets

This is not a military invasion to defeat America it is assisted suicide with leftists acting as Dr Kovorkian - Americas voluntary national euthanasia

This Judge needs to be arrested and sent to GITMO. He is a traitor against the Constitution and the Bill of Rights

Is there hope that MN juries will follow the law and convict these people?

But what is the legal remedy for judges who ignore the laws and capriciously set their own standards? Are those judges also engaging in collusion with illegal activities? Besides having these cases slowly working through the legal appeals process, and therefore achieving the goal of obstruction of law enforcement, is there another legal remedy?

Another communist Judge. IMO. Follow the letter of the law. No interpretation is required by the judge.

This shouldn’t be controversial unless ideology has rotted basic legal literacy. Shadowing federal agents, relaying their movements, and intervening to derail arrests isn’t protest—it’s obstruction, stalking, and aiding evasion. The law draws that line clearly, and it always has. Judge Menendez’s order pretends context doesn’t matter, as if intent evaporates when activists wear the costume of “peaceful observers.” It doesn’t. Warnings establish notice; persistence establishes mens rea. What’s most reckless is the lie sold to activists—that courts will save them when confrontation turns dangerous. They won’t. Enforcing obstruction laws early isn’t authoritarian; it’s preventative. If the rule of law means anything, it means you don’t get to tail cops and call it speech.
