If it were up to me, unlawful incidents of child abuse should result in automatic expulsion from the country for immigrants, with no mercy. It would likely stop quickly. How bad did it have to get for these girls that they had to physically defend against an adult male? Who amongst us can stomach this? If not to meet violence with more violence, what exactly do we expect these victims to do?

When the government removes all forms of self-defense, it obligates itself to take on the function of complete security for the individual, an impossible task even when implementing complete, oppressive societal controls. When a government not only fails to recognize that essential right, but then punishes the defender in favor of an attacker, the social contract is broken. The government's legitimacy is dissolved.
Trusting a government with that much power is, historically, foolhardy. The 2nd Amendment is in place in the US, recognizing the right to self-defense against a criminal attack as well as against an oppressive, illegitimate government. US citizens are their own first-responders. The police, always minutes - or more - away, serve as an investigative function to determine if a law has apparently been violated and to arrest the person suspected of wrong-doing.
When a teenage girl must go armed into the streets to protect herself and younger sister from criminal predators, especially when those predators are intentionally imported and favored by their government, it is a clear sign of a failed, illegitimate system of tyranny. The sooner the people of that country recognize that, the better for them and their girls.
I must say Islamists have cowed the British government faster than I would have ever thought possible! The UK is lost, gone, will never be again. Only when government officials GROW a backbone they currently lack, and acknowledge that Muslim Islamic values do NOT include treating non-Muslims with respect. They are taught they have the RIGHT to abuse not only the girls, but non-Muslims in general, wherever they 'immigrate' or establish sufficient numbers to abide by Sharia Law, which doesn't not recognize non-Muslims as worthy of equal treatment and/or respect for the local culture. They invade, with the goal of becoming predominant and FORCING compliance with their demands. They live do not 'live peacefully' and 'with' other people unlike themselves, no matter which non-Muslim country has been forced to receive them. When I saw that video, I saw a terrified and traumatized child. She was clearly desperate to prevent an attack on her sister. And the voice of the man who was taking video was callous, cruel and taunting. He seemed to think he could do whatever he wanted in the situation and was confident he could turn this event back on her. He wasn't trying to reason with her, he was showing her he wasn't worried about his own behavior. So how many other children were subjected to this man's harassment? Just despicable!
