Same old playbook to frighten and cause alarm. I sometimes think that they are just frightened of elections. Wars tend to pause elections. Nothing has changed except the mentality of leftwing politians.

"The sky is falling." People love to get hysterical about everything now. It is common sense to be prepared for anything at all times, which is why most of us keep a box of Band-Aids in the house.

Ten days of fasting would improve the health of a lot of Americans as they are carrying around a few extra pounds. As far as Germany goes, their hubris has always been their undoing. 👀 Unfortunately, they could care less if other nations have to sacrifice for their interests. “At the end of the day, the thing worth losing sleep over is in Berlin. Telling Germans to keep 10 days of food is no scandal. “Spending under 2% of the German economy on defense for most of the past decade while telling them to keep 10 days of food is one, and a government that papers over an empty arsenal with a well-stocked pantry is preparing an alibi rather than a defense.”

Good post. I agree that the basic government emergency preparedness measures have remained unchanged. This time, however, the Pentagon has added another layer of what’s-going-on-that-we-don’t-know-about with its 90-day self-sufficiency program for military bases. This article has cause considerable worry in my house:

You mean to tell me someone posted half-truths on the internet as clickbait? Is that even possible?

Maybe they should have put 80 liters of diesel on the list, too?
