President Trump understands this is an important opportunity for Americans to celebrate our past and the people who brought us to this point in time.
We don't need an arch in Washington, D.C., especially not one 250 feet tall. It will be nothing more than a distraction. Instead, use the money to send more illegal immigrants home.

Not sure the value of this thing or the significance of it. Understand that they want to beautify the place. But I can agree with Susan here use that money to get these criminals out of our Country.
Patriotism is not born out of practicality. It is born out of something beyond dollars and cents. It is founded in courage, love, and commitment. You can’t buy that.
The arch is 250 ft. tall to commemorate our 250th year.

In my state of Oregon, we raise trees taller than 250 feet. Obama’s Chicago minaret is a tower of 225 feet.
We really don’t need anything like that in D.C. It would be more than 50 feet taller than the Lincoln Memorial.
