Generating ideas about what the Constitution says out of whole cloth. Seems pretty activist to me. The President is given the authority, with the advice and consent of the Senate, to enter into treaties; nothing in the Constitution gives him the authority to unilaterally withdraw from treaties that the Senate has, by a 2/3 vote concurred with the treaty; at best one would reasonably argue that he would have to get a 2/3 vote to invalidate a treaty.
We need to quit NATO; they demonstrated their lack of support when Trump asked for it. We also don't need the expense of stationing 100,000 members of the military around the world.

Independence, at this point in time, ensures our sovereignty.
