Thanks so much for stating the positive actions of the new FBI. Patel and Bongino have some of the most insurmountable obstacles to tackle and I'm sure they are doing their best. The corporate turnaround analogy makes a lot of sense. I had been thinking that all FBI personnel hired after a certain date (probably decades ago) should have to re-apply for their jobs. It's hard to remain positive in this horrible political environment, but articles like this one offer a glimmer of hope.
There used to be mainstream media personnel tasked with FBI reporting who would have put this report in its proper context with previous reports. Instead, it was treated as a "gotcha". What a disgrace.
I'm encouraged by the change of direction, but mindful that another three years' effort will go swirling down the drain with another Democrat administration. No one paid a price for their unethical and quasi-illegal behavior under the past two Directors, and those who sympathize can burrow in and wait out the current one.
Like many, I am praying that the current FBI/DOJ are preparing a massive conspiracy case against the Russia through J6 cabal, which ought to give the Swamp something to really cry about. We’ll see.
