That whole thing just plays off the the “we was slaves” from the blacks.

EVERY PEOPLE have

Been slaves at one time or another!

EVERY SQUARE INCH OF LAND -everywhere has “belonged” to one group/tribe./peoples or another.

this is what I have to say to whiners of any color and “poor pitiful me” of any color:

GET OVER IT!

I'm convinced these people are awarded for their views and not their talent. Why don't people with conservative values ever win awards?? Shouldn't Hollywood have more diversity when it comes to political views?? It seems like they're all mindless bots who will say anything for fame.

We should all know that years before Europeans arrived, North America already had a large number of warring groups vying for territory and resources. These groups not only welcomed but entreated Europeans to be military allies, hoping to gain access to weapons and support to decimate rival groups. The narrative that "the white man" colonized a peaceful and united indigenous people steeped in the same ancestral values is patently false and absurd. The domineering tribes were no different than every other human civilization in their bloodthirsty vision to take over land, control resources, and protect themselves from outsiders.

All land everywhere is stolen. By the grace of God I was born in the UNITED states on borrowed time. Everything changes over time. This land is our land blessed by God and its invitation only by its people who protect, defend and care for. God entrust us with her to be the home of the free. This land is blessed and it is a privilege to be here. These are all things to thank God for and something Hollywood forgets.

Muse’s essay hinges on a legal sleight of hand: he argues California isn’t “stolen” because sovereignty transferred through treaties and recognized norms. But those “norms” were built on doctrines like discovery that explicitly denied Indigenous ownership while granting Europeans title. That isn’t neutral law, it’s conquest formalized. His reliance on the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo doesn’t settle Indigenous claims either, because Mexico couldn’t transfer land it never legitimately owned. And his appeal to early U.S.–tribal treaties collapses under basic history: California tribes signed eighteen treaties in 1851–52 that the Senate then buried and refused to ratify, stripping tribes of the land base those agreements promised. Calling that “consensual sovereignty” isn’t realism, it’s paperwork laundering dispossession.

His restitution narrative fares no better. He frames mid-20th-century rancheria policy as restorative when it was actually part of federal termination policy that dissolved tribal status and federal protections under the guise of assimilation. The philosophical closer, that recognizing stolen land leads to property nihilism, is a straw man: acknowledging historical theft doesn’t require abolishing modern law, it supports targeted remedies like restitution, jurisdictional sovereignty, and treaty enforcement. In the end, the essay doesn’t debunk the “stolen land” claim, it demonstrates the machinery that produced it, then insists the machinery’s legality resolves the morality. That’s not historical clarity, it’s conquest with citations and a self-awarded peer review badge.

The “stolen land” narrative is tiresome. Celebrities pretend to know something. Many are swimming in wealth. Let’s see them donate all of it to illegal migrants. Do they help development in the countries of origin?

We already know beyond dispute that the 2020 election was rigged. The Biden usurpation not only opened the borders for “walk-ins” but actively flew illegals into the US without due process. Why? Why did we not simply invite Nazi Germany and Japan to occupy this “stolen land” and exterminate most of us for the sake of “Lebensraum”? Hey, it was never OUR land anyway! Help yourself! Or do we understand history and the deeply profound meaning of the US Constitution?

The reason for the flood of illegals is explained by Alex Krainer with great clarity in a conversation with Crypto Rich. All roads lead to City of London.

The pandemic itself, the lockdowns, extermination of 1M Americans in our hospitals, another roughly 1M fatalities from shots … including shots coerced by mandate … were measures followed by the flood of migrants. These measures imposed world-wide to destroy nations to promote the cause of one-world-government by the elites who run the international banking cartel. Woke tyranny throughout the former colonies triangulates the City of London. How is it that they can give marching orders to governments? Money.

And what is one of their most important sources of revenue? Trafficking of illegal narcotics laced with fentanyl. About $1T illegal cash deposits are laundered through banks yearly. They take their cut and buy submarines for the cartels.

This is the fentanyl war against the US, with hundreds of thousands of US fatalities yearly and the deterioration of society that comes with it. No different from the opium war against China in the late 19th century … a City of London project.

For 250 years re-assimilation of the US has been the cornerstone of British Empire policy … dictated by the City of London elites.

And how do the drugs enter the US? Through porous borders, from the South and from the North. These operations are orchestrated by the City of London elites and the international intelligence community, including MI6.

The flood of illegals into the US is a cover story for the fentanyl war. Venezuela has been a financial hub for every type of trafficking in the Western Hemisphere. To not understand this is to misunderstand recent actions by our government.

Mexico’s President has stated that there isn’t much she can do about the cartels in Mexico. She is afraid of them, with good reason.

For our own recovery from the pandemic and to push back on the fentanyl war, the migrant flood HAS TO BE reversed. I hope it can be done a little better, but it has to be done. The better the cooperation, the fewer riots paid for by City of London affiliated Oligarchs and their NGOs, the less traumatic it will be.

I would like to see the process greased by incentives to register and cooperate. Maybe some cash to take home. The illegals need support up until their scheduled flights out. Maybe a favorable record if they want to apply for legal re-entry. Are these things already done?

Stop harassing folks whose paperwork is already in progress.

She feels so strong about this. I assume she’s willing to donate her property to the native people of that area and encourage her neighbors to do the same. Would she not work with a studio whose offices and recording centers are also on stolen land? The question becomes where would she move to, because by her standard, all of America is stolen and thus she’d become the refugee. It’s one thing to make a statement for validation, it’s another to actually live what one believes.

The hypocrisy of the left is breathtaking. They are, as P.J. O’Rourke said, little more than sniveling brats, “miserable, as all spoiled children are, unsatisfied, demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic and useless.”
