I said “There’s been a lot of noise, much of it out of divorce papers and democrats about ‘corruption’, but nothing has stuck. His reputation, just like Trump’s, is nothing more than severe resistance to limiting government. Even if I believed the ‘corruption’ noise, I’d still vote for him because 99% of politicians are corrupt, but only a small number are effective and Paxton is wildly effective.” Thanks to this Substack, I was armed with examples. I love the guy and can’t wait to watch him wreak havoc in the allergic-to-effective GOP Senate.
I saw a video today of Talarico speaking at a pulpit with a cross draped in a transgender flag behind him as he recited his “favorite muslim prayer”. That photo should be captured and plastered on billboards on every highway in Texas. The man is a big problem in waiting. He’s almost like an ai creation of a progressives dream. I also do not believe polls anymore, they are designed to make the 80% not shocked when candidates like him win in state like Texas. The cheat is waiting.
Paxton is such a superior candidate that it boggles the mind that Talarico is such a close contender. If Talarico is elected, the first thing that will happen is that the Welcome sign will be resurrected for illegals. Democrats should pay attention to New York City dwellers who are already experiencing buyer's remorse.

As a fellow Texan, I can honestly say the state of Texas will miss having such an admirable Attorney General who has handled so many winning cases with national interest. However, we will finally have the best candidate for Senator to replace weak Cornyn. The comparison between Paxton and Cornyn is not the only reason for voting for Paxton. The comparison between Paxton and Talarico is so obvious, I cannot fathom him losing to that freak. Talarico called the Bible propaganda and was against putting the 10 Commandments in the classroom. His stint at seminary school was a colossal waste. He speaks blasphemy regularly. He has a joint financial account with his mother, who he still lives with at the age of 37!! Paxton is so much more qualified to serve in the Senate and will bring an abundance of expertise and experience. Talarico is funded by out of state donors. We cannot let outsiders influence our elections.
He lives with his mom at 37? Mind blown. Unless she’s disabled and he’s her full time caregiver that’s a huge red flag. And, if he’s her full time caregiver he’s got no time for bring a senator.
He says he has a girlfriend, but has never been seen with one nor has he said her name. He’s just downright weird. He uses Bible verses incorrectly, to sound Christian and caring, but he actually speaks blasphemy. He has no history in the legislature that’s worth mentioning, mostly woke nonsense.
Talarico is so shallow. With no internal anchor, he will end up doing whatever he is told by whoever pays his bills. Not exactly a Texan characteristic.
Meh. I'm old and pragmatic. I am unsurprised when politicians find ways of enriching themselves. It's not right, but I'm not really concerned if they've done a good job. I think Paxton has, from what I've read. I've hope those purer souls (and I don't mean that in a snarky way - I am not proud of my pragmatism - it's just that I'm old and have seen how rare truly ethical people are) can hold their noses and vote against Talarico even if they don't want to vote for Paxton.
