For what I understand Blanche has blocked every important prosecution or intentionally botched them. He is Bill Barr 2.0.

We’ll see if he does anything. Or if He has been the problem all along.

When do you think these idiots in the Trump administration are going to realize that they are not immune from going to jail. They all stand up acting like they've got protection somewhere. They don't. Todd Blanche will be next. Bondi will be disbarred and so will Blanche. I guess the dozens before him that we're just barred weren't proof enough.

Why did you promote Harmeet then in another post?

I'm just trying to figure out if Blanche can be trusted or not.

Let’s cut through the predictable Beltway noise: the same crowd that screams about “weaponization” suddenly goes quiet when the system produces results they can’t spin away. Blanche’s record doesn’t read like theory—it reads like execution. Cartels hit, terrorists charged, institutional overreach challenged. That’s what a functioning Justice Department looks like, and it’s been missing for years. The real test now isn’t whether critics approve—it’s whether that momentum continues under pressure. Because Washington has a way of grinding down effectiveness and rewarding optics. If Blanche holds the line, the impact will be undeniable. If he doesn’t, it’ll be business as usual—and Americans are done settling for that.

What then was Bondi’s failure? And what can we expect from a new COO?

Bondi didn’t fail. Trump just shifted the DOJ into second gear.

That has been my read with the alternative being that the courts have been holding up the process to shield democrats. I’m just trying to understand the vitriol for Bondi.

As I read the article and comments, I have to wonder if Bondi's exit has not only been in the works for some time, perhaps months, with her in on the whole process. This is a tight lipped Trump 2.0 operation. NY times did their "four sources" little story 24 hours prior? That was probably not by accident.

Politics ain’t bean bag. We need someone aggressive and willing to play the long game against the deep state and allied judges.

Thank you Alex, for the great overview. People who want to sensationalize the departure of Pam Bondi aren't paying attention to how DJT works. He's more determined than even Musk is when it comes to results. Musk asks, "What have you produced for your salary?" No definitive results? Out!! He liked her, but couldn't afford to wait for her to come up to speed. Blanche on the other hand? Moves with viper swiftness. I never believed Bondi had the killer instinct. But Blanche? Been on both sides of the aisle, I suspect. Let's git er done!!

The acid test is whether we quickly see action on the MAJOR matters requiring justice (in no particular order):

1) Russian collusion and the ongoing conspiracy associated therewith;

2) Covid origins / funding and the actions around the "pandemic";

3) Hillary Clinton's email server and the decision(s) to cover it up / not prosecute;

4) The Clinton Foundation and other NGO's;

5) USAID and similar;

6) ActBlue and similar;

7) Fraud (Somali and Congressional as a good start);

8) Election fraud, including the machines;

9) Probably several more that I can't think of at this moment.

Thank you Tom! Not holding my breath on these, but I can hope…
